EXECUTIVE EDUCATION

PRESENTATION

Through its Department of Executive Education, EMAA BUSINESS SCHOOL has established itself as an academic leader in the pragmatic approach to education and a social paragon in its commitment to community service. EMAA BUSINESS SCHOOL, benefiting from its partnerships with renowned Moroccan and foreign institutions, serves as an incubator for good practices and acts as a driving force in professional capacity building and employment promotion opportunities.

The objective of the institution is to meet the needs of private companies and the public sector, for which transformational change, increase in technology knowledge, and skills development are the main challenges. Thus, our ongoing training is procured by highly recognized professionals, professors, multidisciplinary researchers, international business leaders and consultants who deploy their know-how and expertise in the service of business competitiveness.

Our training is tailored to the pace of each participant. More so, evaluations occur on weekends or at the end of the training day.

PROFESSIONAL BACHELOR’S DEGREES

Professional Bachelor’s degrees are meant for participants who have studied 2 years after the baccalaureate (BAC+2) and who wish to acquire a higher level and finer specialization in the fields of Management and Entrepreneurship. Based on innovative pedagogy, the Professional Bachelor’s degree is obtained after one academic year (two semesters). It incorporates lectures, seminars, tutorials, and internships in public or private companies.

EXECUTIVE MASTER’S

The Executive Master’s is designed specifically for executives and managers with professional experience and high potential for development. The program is geared toward individuals wishing to strengthen their skills in a specific field of management. We also offer a world-renowned MBA and CMI. EMAA Executive is the only institution in Morocco that is able to Certify Management skills through the Charted Management Institute, notably the only charted professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence. The courses are structured around a series of seminars. In addition, a professional thesis must be completed by the end of the training. Participants can either be physically present or choose the online class alternative. These are held on the school’s premises every Friday evening and Saturday for the whole day. EXECUTIVE DOCTORAL PROGRAM

The Doctoral Program in Management Sciences is EMAA BUSINESS SCHOOL’s most rigorous program. The main purpose of the program is to provide doctoral students with extensive training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for research professions. Doctoral training offers epistemological, methodological, and theoretical support from research professors and professionals from other institutions, as well as from visiting overseas professors. Thus, the doctoral program is part of an international development. It provides a favorable environment and significant support for the completion of the dissertation.

CERTIFICATES

EMAA Executive has implemented “Certificates” programs in various areas of management.

These certificates programs help students develop fundamental management skills and explore various facets of management in the context of rapid change.

Class schedules are planned and hours are adjusted according to the availability of the participants.

Training sessions can be organized according to the needs of participants and may be held at their work, on our premises, or in any other appropriate location.

ADMISSIONS

Participants must apply and pass the interview. When reviewing applications, EMAA Executive Education takes into account courses previously taken, specialty, results, internships, and extracurricular activities that demonstrate knowledge or interest in the desired field.

ORGANIZATION OF STUDIES

DURATION OF STUDY

Completion of the training requires one academic year (2 semesters).

TRAINING

The training consists of modules, courses, or teaching units grouped by semesters. Each training offers a different course based on the student’s prior knowledge. Class size is limited to ensure proper guidance.

Lectures alternate between tutorials and practice, in addition to an individual or group supervised project and internships.

Participants may complete part of their studies abroad within the framework of agreements agreed upon with foreign institutions.

PROGRAMMES

The programs are divided into fields of study. Participants acquire a deeper knowledge and expertise in specific areas and/or develop a second skill. Most sectors are covered regarding a range of the courses offered. The programs are broken down into fields and mentions corresponding to the targeted jobs. They allow students to either acquire a deepening of their knowledge and skills in specific trades, or to develop a second skill.

With a variety of training courses offered, most sectors are concerned.

PROFESSIONALISATION

Internships and final year projects promote access to employment.

EVALUATION

Academic evaluations are conducted through quizzes, final examination, or a combination of the two.

The final year projects and the internship are the subject of a thesis, which is evaluated during an oral defense.

ACCREDITATION

The academic programs and degrees are accredited and are recognized internationally. French diplomas are concomitant with those awarded in France.

The Bachelor’s in Business Administration is spread over 12 months of studies. Students who are in the process of finding full-time employment are required to secure an internship. However, for students who already have full-time employment in a relevant field, their jobs may be used to fulfill the internship requirement. In order for the program of study to be evaluated, students must take their final exams and present their final year internship/job reports.
