Through its Department of Executive Education, EMAA BUSINESS SCHOOL has established itself as an academic leader in the pragmatic approach to education and a social paragon in its commitment to community service. EMAA BUSINESS SCHOOL, benefiting from its partnerships with renowned Moroccan and foreign institutions, serves as an incubator for good practices and acts as a driving force in professional capacity building and employment promotion opportunities.
The objective of the institution is to meet the needs of private companies and the public sector, for which transformational change, increase in technology knowledge, and skills development are the main challenges. Thus, our ongoing training is procured by highly recognized professionals, professors, multidisciplinary researchers, international business leaders and consultants who deploy their know-how and expertise in the service of business competitiveness.
Our training is tailored to the pace of each participant. More so, evaluations occur on weekends or at the end of the training day.
Participants must apply and pass the interview. When reviewing applications, EMAA Executive Education takes into account courses previously taken, specialty, results, internships, and extracurricular activities that demonstrate knowledge or interest in the desired field.
Completion of the training requires one academic year (2 semesters).
The training consists of modules, courses, or teaching units grouped by semesters. Each training offers a different course based on the student’s prior knowledge. Class size is limited to ensure proper guidance.
Lectures alternate between tutorials and practice, in addition to an individual or group supervised project and internships.
Participants may complete part of their studies abroad within the framework of agreements agreed upon with foreign institutions.
The programs are divided into fields of study. Participants acquire a deeper knowledge and expertise in specific areas and/or develop a second skill. Most sectors are covered regarding a range of the courses offered. The programs are broken down into fields and mentions corresponding to the targeted jobs. They allow students to either acquire a deepening of their knowledge and skills in specific trades, or to develop a second skill.
With a variety of training courses offered, most sectors are concerned.
Internships and final year projects promote access to employment.
Academic evaluations are conducted through quizzes, final examination, or a combination of the two.
The final year projects and the internship are the subject of a thesis, which is evaluated during an oral defense.
The academic programs and degrees are accredited and are recognized internationally. French diplomas are concomitant with those awarded in France.
